
They’ll no longer have access to view or edit the section. This will remove the section from the other person’s notebook. If you want to stop sharing a OneNote section, simply right-click on the name of the section and select “Stop Sharing.” They’ll be able to view and edit the section just like you can. The person you’ve shared the section with will then get an email notification letting them know that they have access to the section. Once you’ve entered their email address, just click “Send.” This will open a new window where you can enter the email address of the person you want to share the section with. To share a section of your notebook with another person, simply right-click on the name of the section and select “Share.” And if you’re working on a team project, sharing sections can be a great way to keep everyone on the same page. You can share an entire notebook with someone, or just specific sections. Sharing sections in OneNote allows you to collaborate with other people on a project.
